128 Polio Cases Reported in Nigeria

5About 128 wild polio cases have been reported in the country this year. The World Health Organisation (WHO) representative in the country, Dr. Peter Eriki disclosed this at the launching of the 2007 Polio Immunisation exercise in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State.  The launch was performed  by the First Lady, Hajjiya Turai Umar Yar’Adua.
